Traditionally, newsprint is made from fibers obtained from various softwood species (most commonly spruce, fir, balsam fir or pine).
However, it is made from recycled pulp. It is used in different fields in the Paper, Textile, Printing and Packaging sectors.
The newspaper paper, which falls in the range of 40 to 65 GSM grams, is cheap, durable and suitable for four-color printing.
Apart from printing purposes, it can be used as newspaper paper, boxes, tray liners, filling material for wrapping and packaging.
